BBC knows how to make a movie

Holy cow! Until we had seen the BBC adaptation of Elizabeth Gaskell's "North and South," we lived in complete ignorance of the gorgeousness that is Richard Armitage. For all you chicks, this is a definite must see. We are truly tempted to buy it.

We provide you with a couple of pictures of Mr. Armitage...strictly for illustration purposes of course!

In our zeal for Armitage we fear that we have overshadowed the lovely Daniela Denby-Ashe. What a superb actress! We love her portrayal of a powerful yet feminine woman; any Jane Austen fan would be made proud.

So until next time, we say goodbye in the good ol' British way. Cheerio!

Ve Vant To See This Movie!

Yes, we too are among the many who are completely and utterly in love with Stephenie Meyer's Twilight series about the captivating vampire Edward and his love Bella. The set up sounds a bit weird but don't be hasty in writing it off. It's one great series. And for all of you Cougar fans, Meyers is a BYU alumni. Come on, what's there not to love about a guy who lifts cars, runs like a speeding bullet, saves damsels in distress, drives fast cars, dresses great, and has awesome hair all the while? Yeah...we thought so.

We are super excited that Summit Entertainment is in production for the first movie which is slated to be out the 12th of December. So you can only guess how excited we were when we came across photos of some of the cast members on set.

In other news, we got our hair cut today. Our heads feel lighter and our necks thank us for it! Heather chopped off a whopping 4 inches while Katie got a trim on her already shorter do. As it turns out, we both now have about the same length of hair. Pictures are sure to come!

As our grandpa used to say, "So long Sloppy!"

Here is a picture of us in New York in the fall of '06.
